Advises on complex cross-border M&A and investment transactions in the technology sector, handling structuring, due diligence, and coordination of all stages through to closing.

Designs the legal architecture of transactions, organises and leads the negotiation process, and mitigates regulatory and commercial risks. Drafts and negotiates sophisticated commercial agreements, including the contractual framework for M&A transactions, IT contracts, licence agreements, and software development agreements.

Advises companies in the AI, SaaS, gaming, and digital infrastructure sectors, ensuring legal protection of intellectual assets and the sustainable implementation of technology projects.
