Aleksander Skirpan

Aleksander delivers end-to-end legal support for businesses across all stages of development, from day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance to oversight of business processes. He offers legal assistance with the formation, acquisition, and dissolution of entities.

He works with both domestic and international investors on M&A transactions, crafting legal structures and documentation for the transfer of shares, stocks, units, and assets. He also prepares transactional agreements for joint ventures and capital investments.

Aleksander advises on ownership structure optimization, reorganizations, mergers, and corporate transformations, with a particular focus on group restructurings and mutual settlements of claims and liabilities.

In addition, he helps entrepreneurs draft, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts—especially those involving innovative provisions—and represents clients in negotiations with banks and financial institutions.
