505 – HOFU INTER TRADE
We are pleased to announce that REVERA Polska has successfully assisted HOFU INTER TRADE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in registering the „505” trademark at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
The trade mark “505” was registered in Class 16 of the Nice Classification of Goods and Services, covering glues and gluing substances.
The model period for registering a trademark in Poland is approximately 6-7 months if no opposition is filed or if the Office does not find any irregularities. The registration of our client's trademark is all the more positive news as it took just over 4 months from the filing of the application for registration to the registration of the trademark by the Office.
