Lawyer specializing in IP

Tasks
  • Advising clients on the use and protection of intellectual property;
  • Preparation of agreements in the field of intellectual property (assignment agreements, license agreements, etc.);
  • Conducting intellectual property audits (IP Due Diligence);
  • Advising clients on intellectual property issues (copyright, industrial property), preparing legal opinions;
  • Participation in disputes in the field of IT / IP, including disputes regarding EU, UK and US trademarks; disputes arising from license agreements, assignment agreements, software development; disputes with international platforms and through these platforms ;
  • Comprehensive legal support for clients' disputes and disagreements.
Our candidate for this position

Lives in Poland, has a legal education and experience as a lawyer with a specialization in IP, including in dispute resolution for at least 3 years. Experience in consulting, participation in moot courts, additional training on IP, GDPR will be an advantage as well.
